Create ROCK User Account

Once you have downloaded the ROCK Jobsite App, you will be prompted to create a user account.  An account and valid email are required to use the ROCK App based on its many cloud functions.  

Sign up in the REEKON Jobsite App

  1. Once downloaded, open ROCK App by selecting icon on your phone.
  2. Select the yellow button "Get Started"

  3. Enter your email address and password and select "Next."  Ensure you have access to your email as this will be required for account completion.

    • Password must be 8 characters and contain a uppercase letter, lowercase letter, a number, and a special character to be accepted.
  4. Verify your email address.  You will receive an email from "" with a link.  Confirm email address by selecting link.  
    • Check you spam folder if you cannot locate.  Email is sent within 5 minutes (or sooner).
    • Choose "Resend Email" if needed to email another link
  5. Once email is complete, go back to ROCK app and select "I've Verified" to proceed to profile creation.

  6. Complete your profile information.  All fields are required. A profile picture can be added later in profile creation page. Once filled out, select "Complete"

Congratulations.  Your profile is now setup and the ROCK App is ready to use.  A demo project appears automatically when making a new account to highlight many of the features available to use. 

NOTE: If you are unable to select "Use Case, Primary Trade, or Role and are using an iPhone, there might be a big preventing selction of these fields.  To fix, please do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility.
  2. Select Motion, then turn off Reduce Motion
  3. Restart App and try making a selection now

  • My profile won’t allow me to choose the last three boxes to allow me to safe the profile

  • same here - yes iphone - at complete profile - allows first last dob - then nothing else can be clicked into....try to 'update profile' and get red 'user case is required', 'primary trade is required', and 'role is required'.....cannot complete and move into app....also note that the image field with the pencil - does not allow take or choose/select

    ios 17.1.1.....tried on both 14 pro....logged out and back in....restarted....waited several days....deleted app....restarted.....reinstalled....still no joy....

    note that the image above is NOT how it appears on our devices - only the dob is orange - the 3 fields which should be orange and are causing the error - are not orange....

    HOWEVER - when i attempted on the 14 pro max - all fields act as you would expect....and 14 pro allowed entry into app once this step was completed on the 14 pro max....

    the orange 3 fields above never turn orange until they are completed, sure you know this - just noting it for anyone else only DOB is orange prior to completing....all others turn orange once selection made.

    hopefully as one IT nerd to another - this will have provided you with plenty of info for the troubleshoot.

  • HI Jeff's wife, please follow the below steps to correct:

    1. Go to Settings > Accessibility.

  • Never gets past step 4. No red text about password length, not matching, or not agreeing to T&Cs.

    Once I hit NEXT, it just stays on the same page with no errors at all. So I'm completely unable to create an account and use my Reekon tools (NO, signing in with Google is NOT an option).
