Why is an account required to use the ROCK App?

An account sign up with email and some other demographic details are required in order to use the ROCK App for two primary reasons:

1. Many of the core features of the ROCK App are based on sharing and collaboration with others.  As this data is shared in the cloud with other users (that you select), certain account details are needed to determine ownership and sharing permissions
2. Current and future features are tailored based on user selections including profession and trade ranging from how information is displayed to order of features.
