[P1L] How Do I Change the Default Logo on Printed Labels in BOLDR Pro?

You can set a default logo that appears on your printed labels in BOLDR Pro. This is useful for adding your company branding to every label without having to insert it manually each time.

Updating Your Label Logo

  1. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar to open the Profile screen.
  2. Under General Settings, tap General Printing.
  3. On the General Print Settings screen, tap the + in the logo area under Logo.
  4. A menu will appear with four options:
    • Choose Document — Select a PDF, PNG, or JPG file from your device.
    • Select from Gallery — Choose an image from your photo library.
    • Capture with Camera — Take a new photo to use as your logo.
    • Blank Canvas — Start with a blank image.
  5. After selecting or capturing your logo, tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

Label Size

On the same screen, you can set your default label size using the 2. Label Size dropdown.

  • 30 x 50 mm
  • 50 x 80 mm

Tip

  • Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG, and JPG. File size should be no more than 10MB.
  • For best results, use a high-contrast, black and white image since labels print without color.

  • Concept makes sense, but some issues.  1. There's no option to import from Files, only from Photo on IOS, which means you have to import the image (only JPEG is allowed) from your PC.  I finally got this done, but the file isn't showing up anywhere.  2. Why allow you to Take a Photo, the precision and quality isn't close to good enough to be used on a small label.  3. Then I though, I'll just remove the logo at the top, but that's not an option in the app.

Can you make this work please, or share with me what I'm doing wrong.  It shouldn't be this difficult.  I should be able to upload my logo as a png (best for maintaining transparency) to File on my iphone and then grab the image file from there.

  • I’ve spent a lot of time trying to remove the “Reekon” heading on the top of the label. This shouldn’t be difficult/time consuming to do. PLEASE allow users to simply change that annotation by just editing the “Reekon” tag.
I own every Reekon device. Please allow users to voluntarily advertise for your company.

  • How do we change to another logo? It doesn’t let me change it once I choose one logo or how do we reset it so It goes back to original/default.
    Using 1.1.58 version on iOS

  • How do I eliminate the QR codes, REEKON logo etc on my labels?

I just want the measurements on my label as the default after I hit complete, and then print!!!

I have wasted 2 hours looking to do something that should be easy.

I did create templates and saved labels but I don’t want to have to edit these custom labels for every dimension

I should be able to just set a new look for a label and than when I hit print it should happen seemlessly.

  • Richard I feel your pain. I, and others, have been asking for this very same thing. This should be intuitive AND easy to do. For whatever reason these requests seem to fall on deaf ears. I made what I thought was a good decision to buy into the whole Reekon ecosystem thinking it would make processes easier/faster for my company. To date it has done anything but. Actual performance on the jobsite has demonstrated to all the trades I work with that these products are simply poorly executed gimmicks. GOOD LUCK. Andy
