[P1L] Why are the Buttons not Working?

While this is very uncommon, If the buttons on your P1L Tagger Label Printer are unresponsive, this issue can often be resolved by restarting the unit. Follow these steps:

1. Remove the Rubber Case
   Gently remove the rubber case from the P1L.
2. Unscrew the Battery Cover
   Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the P1L and unscrew it.
3. Reconnect the Battery
   Carefully unplug the battery, then plug it back in.
4. Reassemble the P1L
   Screw the battery cover back on and reattach the rubber case to the P1L.
5. Turn on the P1L
   Power on the device. Both the power and feed buttons should now function properly.
