Where can I find my M1 Caliber Product Serial Name?

In lieu of a traditional product serial number, we have found an easier to remember (and more fun way) of labeling our products.  We have a randomly generated list of more than 10 million combinations of first names and animals that go together to form a unique serial number convention.  Be sure to have your serial number ready when contacting support as it will help us look important information about your tool and allow us to serve you much quicker.

Serial names are found on the back of your M1 Caliber Tool and follow the following naming conventions: M1-<First Name><Animal>
