[T1M] Error Codes

On rare occasions, when there might be issues with the T1M Utility Tape Measure, error codes are displayed. These error codes will most accurately help us identify issues with the T1M Utility and determine the best way to resolve them.

Before contacting support, please try the following steps:

  • Power cycle the T1M Utility (power off, then power back on)
  • If you recently installed firmware, reinstall the firmware, as this will solve most errors
  • Ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the ROCK Jobsite App

If none of these work, please reach out to us (contact@reekon.tools) with an image of the error code, message on the display, and your device serial name.
