[T1M] Why is there a person name on the T1M label (Serial Names)

The serial names (located on the bottom of the product label on every T1M Utility) follow the format:

<FirstnameAnimal>

Some examples include:

• RobertFish
• StephenHawk
• RogerRabbit

These names are randomly generated by our system and appear on the product label, the UPC code sticker on the box, and as the Bluetooth signal name when connecting via the ROCK Jobsite App. Please see here for how to locate your serial name.
