[T1M] Firmware Upgrading Issues

If you are having trouble upgrading your T1M Utility, the below steps can be used to help ensure you have the latest firmware on your T1M Utility. On certain occasions, it may take more than one attempt at upgrading the T1M to correctly install the firmware.

• Ensure you have the latest app version installed on your phone. Check the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android to ensure no updates are available
• Restart your phone to clear the cache
• Remove and replace the battery in T1M Utility
• Ensure phone and T1M Utility are next to one another
• Do not switch applications or touch the phone or T1M during the upgrade process
• Do not press any buttons on the T1M Utility until the Blade Setup screen appears
