If your T1M Utility is unresponsive or experiencing issues, there are two ways to reset the device: a quick software reset or a full hardware reset. We recommend starting with a software reset before proceeding to a hardware reset, as this will fix most issues.
Software Reset
- Press and hold the following buttons at the same time: Menu + Up + Down Arrow Buttons
- Continue holding for approximately 10 seconds.
- You will hear a beep, confirming the reset.
Hardware Reset
If the software reset does not resolve the issue, a hardware reset offers a more comprehensive system reset.
- Connect the T1M to a power source using a USB-C cable.
- While the device is powered, press and hold all four buttons simultaneously: Menu + Up + Down + Capture
- The reset should happen instantly. You will see the REEKON logo on the display, confirming the reset was successful.
