Changing the backlight settings on the T1M lets you customize the display’s visibility based on your working environment and personal preferences. To change the backlight settings on the T1M, follow these steps:
- Press the Quick Action Menu button on the T1M.
- Scroll to the Config option using the navigation buttons.
- Press the Menu button again to enter the Backlight Trigger settings.
- Choose from the following options and Select Menu Button to confirm:
- Normal: Display backlight turns on based on factory ambient light sensor settings.
- Sensitive: Backlight responds more frequently to changes in environmental brightness.
- Always On: Backlight stays on continuously; may drain battery faster.
- Off: Backlight will not turn on even in dark environments.
