[BOLDR] Projects

Projects in BOLDR Pro are high-level containers that store all information related to a specific job or site. Use Projects to keep measurements, files, locations, and team activity organized for each job.

What Is a Project?

A Project represents a collections of jobs, client, or work area. It acts as the top-level workspace where you organize measurement groups, templates, objects, and related files for that job.

Each Project keeps its data separate from others so you can quickly switch between work sites without mixing measurements or documents. Projects can contain both Jobs and Folders.

Projects as Job Containers

Think of a Project as a “container” for one or more Jobs.  Jobs can be organized into projects either on their own or in folders.  Details about a Project including photo, title, location, and notes may be added for further organziation.

Project Options Menu

On the Projects page, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of a Project card to open additional options for that Project.

From this menu you can edit the Project details, duplicate the Project, copy a shareable Project link, or delete the Project if it is no longer needed.

Working with Projects Across Devices

Projects are available on both the BOLDR Pro web portal and mobile app. Measurements captured in the field sync in real time, so office and site teams always see the latest data for each Project.

You can create new Projects, switch between them, and manage their contents from any supported device using the same BOLDR Pro account.
