[BOLDR] Measurement Group Batch Formulas

Measurement Group Batch Formulas in BOLDR Pro let you apply the same formula to every measurement in a group at once. This allows any mathematical calculator function to be applied to every measurement value in a given group. This feature is currently available in the BOLDR Pro mobile/tablet app only to setup but resultant values will appear on desktop too.

What Batch Formulas Do

A batch formula automatically adjusts all measurements in a selected group using a rule you define, such as adding extra length for overhang, offsets, and more.

The original captured values stay visible in the Measurement Detail page, while the formula output is used for cutting, labeling, or reporting.

Applying a Batch Formula (Mobile Only)

Use the Analytics panel for a measurement group to create and manage batch formulas in the mobile app.

1. Open the BOLDR Pro mobile app and select the Job you want to modify.
2. Go to the Board view and tap the measurement group you want to adjust.
3. Tap the Analytics/Chart icon in the group to open the Analytics panel.
4. Scroll down to the Formula Rules section.
5. Tap the option to add a new rule.
6. Choose the operation for your batch formula (for example, + 10, - 5 , or a percentage-based change).
7. Confirm the rule to apply it to the entire group.

All measurements in that group will update according to the formula, while still remaining linked to their original captured values in the detail view.
