List View in BOLDR Pro shows your measurements and inputs in a spreadsheet-style layout. It is ideal for quickly scanning values, editing multiple items, and working with structured templates like window or door schedules.
List View on Mobile (Tablet Only)
On supported tablets, you can access List View from within a Project or Job to see fields in a grid layout similar to desktop.
Open the Job on your tablet and switch to the list-style view when available for that template to review and edit rows of data in a table.
Accessing List View on Desktop
On desktop, open a Project or Job and use the view selector at the top to switch from Board to List. Click the List tab in the header to display your data in a table.
How List View Is Structured
List View displays each record as a row and each field as a column. Common columns include Name, Width, Height, and any additional custom fields you add for that template.
This layout makes it easy to compare values down a column, sort or filter by a field, and spot missing or out-of-range measurements.
When to Use List View
Use List View when you need a tabular overview of many items at once, want to verify or clean up data, or plan to export measurements to CSV for use in spreadsheets or other software.
For more visual, tile-based work in the field, you can switch back to Board View at any time without losing data.
