Comments in BOLDR Pro are available at the Job level and allow your team to keep discussions and updates tied directly to a specific scope of work. The experience is similar on desktop and mobile, with a few layout differences.
Comments on Mobile
On the mobile app, open a Job and tap the Comments tab at the top of the screen. The comment feed appears in a vertical list, with an input field fixed at the bottom where you can type updates, add attachments, or tag context.
The mobile view is optimized for one-handed use, but the same comments are synced with the desktop in real time, so all users see a single shared thread.
Comments on Desktop
On desktop, open a Job and click the Comments tab in the top navigation (next to Board, List, and Files). The main area shows the comment thread, and a rich text box at the bottom lets you type messages, format text, and attach files or images before posting.
Each comment displays the author, timestamp, and message, making it easy to review the communication history for that Job.
Notes
Because comments live at the Job level only, make sure you open the correct Job before posting so your notes and discussions stay attached to the right work area.
