[BOLDR] Template Job Board View

In a Template Job, Board View displays your inputs as structured tiles based on a reusable template, making it easy to fill in standardized fields like window height and width or door details across many locations.

Groups in Template Jobs (Mobile)

Each section on the board represents a Group of related template input field tiles—for example, all windows in a room or all openings on one elevation. Groups follow the structure defined in your template.

This grouping keeps large schedules organized while still letting you reuse the same template fields across multiple areas of the project.

Accessing Board View in a Template Job (Desktop)

On desktop, open your Project, select the Template Job, and click the Board tab near the top-left of the Job view. On mobile, open the Job and ensure the Board tab is selected at the top of the screen.

Board View gives a visual overview of all template tiles so you can see which locations are complete and which still need information.

Working with Template Tiles

Template tiles show the key fields from your template (such as Name, Width, Height, or other inputs) along with icons for formulas or special properties. Selecting a tile opens its detail view, where you can fill in or edit each field for that location.
