[BOLDR] Connecting your REEKON Product to the BOLDR Pro

You can connect your REEKON Tools products to BOLDR Pro using the mobile app so measurements stream directly into your jobs and templates.

Preparing to Connect Your Device

Before searching for devices, make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled on your mobile device and the REEKON tool is powered on. Make sure your REEKON device is set to "ROCK App" or "App" mode, as it cannot connect to the app in "Keyboard" mode.

Connecting a New REEKON Device

Use the connection screen in the BOLDR Pro app to discover and connect nearby REEKON devices.

  1. Open the BOLDR Pro mobile app and tap the connection icon in the top-right corner of your job screen.
  2. Tap the Search for Tools button at the bottom of the screen to scan for nearby devices.
  3. Wait for the REEKON tool you want to connect to appear under Discover nearby devices.
  4. Tap the + icon on the left side of the device card to connect it and add it to My Devices.

If a firmware update is available for your tool, a prompt will appear immediately after connecting. You can choose to update the firmware then or dismiss it to do it later.

Forgetting a Connected Device

If you no longer want a REEKON tool associated with your account or need to re-pair it, you can forget the device from the connection screen.

  1. Locate the connected device under My Devices at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap directly on the device card to open the Device Detail screen.
  3. Tap the Forget Device button at the bottom of the screen to remove the device from your connected list.

After forgetting a device, you can reconnect it at any time by powering it on, tapping Search for Tools, and tapping the + icon again in the discovery section.
