If you're a VAT-registered business in the European Union, you can set up VAT-free purchasing through our store at reekon.tools.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for VAT-free purchasing, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a VAT-registered business in an EU member state
• Have a valid EU VAT identification number
• Be purchasing products for business use (not personal use)

Setting Up VAT-Free Purchasing

Before making your first purchase, you must contact our customer support team (support@reekon.tools) to set up your VAT-exempt business account.

Required Information:

1. Company Legal Name - Your full registered business name
2. EU VAT ID Number - Your complete VAT identification number
3. Business Address - Your complete registered business address
4. Contact Person Name - Primary contact for invoicing

Setup Steps:

1. Email the required information listed above to support@reekon.tools
2. Our team will verify your VAT number
3. We'll create a VAT-exempt customer profile in our system
4. You'll receive confirmation when your account is ready (typically within 1-2 business days)
5. All future purchases will automatically be processed as VAT-free with proper B2B invoicing

What Your B2B Invoice Will Include

Once your VAT-exempt business account is set up, your invoices will include all information required for EU B2B compliance:

• Our company legal name, address, and EU VAT ID
• Your company name, address, and EU VAT ID
• Unique invoice number and issue date
• Description of goods/services and quantities
• Net amount (price excluding VAT)
• VAT rate: 0% with reverse charge notation
• VAT amount: $0.00
• Gross total

Setup is required before ordering: You must contact us to set up your VAT-exempt status before placing an order on our store.

EU orders only: Your VAT-free status applies only to orders shipped within the European Union.
