[T1R] How do I change the backlight settings?

The T1R's backlight is adjustable so you can balance visibility against battery life depending on where you are working.

Changing the Backlight Setting

1. Press Menu to bring up the menu.
2. Use the arrows to scroll to CONFIG and press the Menu button.
3. Highlight Display Backlight and press the  Menu button.
4. Select the setting

Available Settings

• Normal: Display backlight turns on based on factory ambient light sensor settings.
• Sensitive: Backlight responds more frequently to changes in environmental brightness.
• Always On: Backlight stays on continuously; may drain battery faster.
• Off: Backlight will not turn on even in dark environments; improves battery life.
