The T1 Tomahawk Serial Name (or serial number) is located on the bottom the T1 Tomahawk and can also be found in the app when connected. The T1 Serial Name is a unique identifier following the format T1-NameAnimal and is unique to your T1.
This name is what will appear in the ROCK Jobsite App when attempting to connect to it as well as what will be requested with any support issues to better assist in resolution.

Registration was my question too. First day i m finding it hard to get a picture of a refrigerator in the 9 rectangle grid to attach recorded measurements, very confusing. Hard to troubleshoot grid looks to go the wrong way. Time consuming and frustrating to say the least. 3 hours in and still not one picture properly annotated 7/1/2026
