The T1 Tomahawk can be factory reset to shipping conditions. However, in most situations, this is unnecessary to solve the vast majority of issues and data resetting (which can all be handled using alternative procedures).
To Perform Factory Reset:

Press and hold the Units button for 10 seconds to open the main menu.

Use the cursor arrows to scroll to the bottom of the menu and select Factory Reset.

Press the Capture button once. When prompted to confirm, scroll to Confirm.

Press the Capture button again. Your T1 will be factory reset, and you’ll be guided through blade recalibration (Blade Setup).

Firmware download on iPhone is eternal and ROCK won’t allow background download.
Cancelled out only to find my T1 inoperable AND unable to perform a factory reset!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I have a brand new T1 Tomahawk (Serial: RKN-T1-001 OntarioHavanese)that I have just opened. I am going through the guide book and it appears the E-ink display is not refreshing? (Measurements show up in the app but not the display). I have the latest firmware installed according to the app. Is there a fix for this?
