All data within the ROCK App are located in Areas. Within areas, data is separated into two tabs, Measurements and Files. You can toggle between the two tabs by selecting one or the other.
Measurements
The Measurements tab contains all measurements and materials generated within an Area. Measurements are displayed in a grid format and appear as squares on the measurement grid.
- Active measurements appear (in the color of the area) at the top of the screen.
- Completed measurements appear greyed out at the bottom of the screen.
Visit the Measurement Section of the support guide for additional details on the features of Measurements
Files
Files include items that are not individual measurements that are organized in an area. Files contain a variety of items that appear in a grid layout.
- Notes - Use Notepad like utility to create punch lists, issues, or any kind of text notes
- Pictures/Documents - Capture job site photos or documents to associate with an area
- Annotations - take photos, documents, or blank canvas and annotate with lines and measurements
- Folders - combine photos, notes, and documents to associate with a single folder

How do you delete an object. I found how to delete all objects but not an individual one. Throughout the app I think if you incorporated a long press on an item then a context menu of actions it would be way more intuitive!
Hey Jordan, thanks for reaching out and for the suggestion. To delete an object, click the object icon, then, when on the preview page, select the "i" icon in the top right corner. From the bottom screen, you can select the "trash" icon to delete an object
Hi Derrick, I’ll be honest I don’t see where I can delete an individual item. I do see the “i” icon on the preview pane but that deletes all objects in a group. For example if I have 2 of the ‘board feet and pricing objects’ in an area… I can’t just delete one it seems to force me to delete both. Now say I have a note object those are not “grouped together” and I can see the i icon deleting just one. So I guess it seems not all objects act the same. Some are grouped and some are not.
And overall I would like to reiterate I really think the long press features throughout the app would be less clicks, and bring things like delete, move, copy etc forward in the workflow and not within sub-menus.
Hey Jordan, can you email us a screenshot of what you are trying to delete - contact@reekon.tools and we can figure it out!
