[T1] Live View for Measurements

Live View allows for measurements displayed on the T1 Tomahawk to be viewed from the BOLDR App in real time.  Once connected over bluetooth, the live view option on the tool menu allows for viewing the exact measurement displayed on a connected T1, remotely, from the mobile device.
