How do I file a warranty claim for my REEKON product?

To file a warranty claim for your REEKON product, please see information below and send an email to contact@reekon.tools.  Including all of the below information in your initial email with speed up the resolution process. 

  • Your Full Name
  • Purchase Platform and Date Received
  • Email Used for Order/ ROCK Jobsite App (if different)
  • Your tool serial name (Locating your serial name)
  • Photos or videos of the issue you are experiencing 

Once the above information is provided, someone from our support team will work with you to determine the best way to resolve the issue.
