Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from our online store (https://store.reekon.tools/). If you bought a REEKON product from another platform, please refer to their return policy for guidance. Our return window extends 30 days from the shipping date.
- New and unopened items are eligible for a full refund whereas used and opened items in working and undamaged condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If the item is damaged, please let us know ahead of time before sending it.
