Yes, there is a short throw, high visibility, green laser on the T1 Tomahawk Digital Tape measure. The green laser line allows for easy marking (without the tape measure body getting in the way) along with with easy alignment using the line extension, perpendicular to the tape measure.

I would like to purchase t1 tomahawk
The laser on my tomahawk doesn't appear to be aligned properly. Instead of it running perpendicular at 90 degrees to the tape/blade, it appears to be canted a few degrees counterclockwise. I would expect an expensive tool like this to not have a detail like that overlooked. Is this a defect in the unit I have, or are all of them like this?
